Exciting lineup for CUPE Ontario 53rd Annual Convention

The CUPE Ontario Convention is less than a week away. With an action-packed lineup of guest speakers, political action and social events, you won’t want to miss a single minute. We have record numbers of attendees this year—walk-in registration will be limited, so get there early!

If it’s your first time at Convention, make sure to take in the New Member Orientation at 5:00pm on Tuesday evening. Women at the Mic is another must-attend session if you’re at all nervous about speaking up at Convention. Remember, this is your opportunity to shape the political direction of your union.

It’s also very important that you pack something purple to wear on Wednesday. We will be doing a mass social media action as part of the #FLYpurplewave campaign for airline safety. Bring a purple hat, shirt, or scarf and show your solidarity with our sisters and brothers in the airline sector!
